**Position**: Front of House Staff
**Location**: South Side & East End Stores (can be dedicated or work across both - open to discussion)
**Employment Type**: Part-time / Full time hours across Tues-Sun

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers, providing top-notch service with a positive attitude.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Efficiently read from bills and order slips to fulfil customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Ensure timely service to customers, even during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- **Time Management**: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Capable of reading and understanding order slips and bills to avoid mistakes.
- **Coffee Skills**: Experience making a variety of coffee drinks is highly preferred.
- **Team Player**: Willing to work with a diverse team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
