**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Welcoming clients, customers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling, and enquiries
- Supporting meetings, events, or client appointments as needed
- Keeping the reception area tidy, organised, and presentable
- Assisting with light admin tasks and internal communications
- Being the go-to person for guests, visitors, and internal team members

**What We’re Looking For**
- A confident, friendly communicator with a proactive attitude
- Excellent presentation and timekeeping
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous front-of-house, hospitality, or reception experience is a bonus
- A positive, can-do approach to customer service
