**Job Opportunity: Front of House Team for Rioja in Glasgow City Centre**

We are excited to announce the opening of our new bar and restaurant, **Rioja**, located in the bustling heart of Glasgow City Centre. Love Spain? So do we As we prepare to welcome guests to experience the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team.

**Location**: Rioja, Glasgow City Centre **Type**: Full-time and Part-time positions available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and look after guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Manage reservations and coordinate table seating efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar and restaurant.
- Assist with bar service as needed, including preparing and serving drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Front of House role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
