Duties and responsibilities:
- Update and keep client records up to date, including bank details,change of names and addresses
- Process new business - investments (ISA's, Bonds, Investment Accounts), pensions
- Book annual review meetings
- Manage new business queries
- Adhere to SLA's and time frames
- Manage diaries and carry out regular diary checks
- Participate and manage any project work keep stakeholders up to date
This role will be a hybrid working role with you seeing some of your week from home and the rest in the office, team meetings are held over Microsoft Teams.
