**Job Description - HR Administrator**

Job Title: HR Administrator

Reports to: Farnham PCN Manager

Service Area: Farnham Integrated Care Services (FICS) and Farnham PCN. Located at Farnham Centre For Health.

Job Purpose: To perform HR and recruitment administrative tasks, to support the delivery of contracts by Farnham PCN. The PCN service works alongside the GP practices of Farnham, to support service delivery.

**Key tasks and duties**:

- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Develop training and on boarding material
- Maintain, input and output of information databases and distribution lists as required. i.e our HR database.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
- Respond to employee's questions about benefits (pension info, annual leave)
- Communicate effectively with external agencies, partner organisations, visitors, senior managers, and other staff in response to queries.
- To support the team with associated admin tasks.
- Producing letters.
- Research and analyse information as required.
- Design and implement efficient working processes.
- Maintain filing systems according to company policy and CQC requirements.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and administrative support required.
- Diary management. E.g., Room bookings, desk management.
- Meeting and event co-ordination - including venue booking, invites, agenda setting, catering (if required).
- Minute taking, dissemination and upkeep of associated action log system.

**Experience**

Efficiency in a wide range of IT office systems. Previous administrative experience, independently and proactively managing an administrative workload.

Identifying and implementing new working procedures to improve efficiency.

Demonstrating working effectively independently and as part of a team.

**Skills**

Good written English.

Use of initiative, to be proactive in finding solutions and improve office efficiency.

A strong and enthusiastic work ethic.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Excellent IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.

Good numerical skills.

Maintaining confidentiality and a high level of discretion and sensitivity.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Effectively creating and implementing administrative operating procedures.

Educated to A level standard or equivalent level of qualification.

Able to work and communicate effectively with the team and senior staff.

Ability to rapidly develop strong working relationships and gain the confidence of others.

Willingness to work occasionally outside normal hours (but within conditioned hours) to meet deadlines and attend meetings

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
