To support our Company growth and further develop our payroll & people experience, we are now looking for a HR & Payroll Advisor.

**HR & Payroll Advisor Responsibilities**:
Management of Companies payroll processes and matters, working with GM and FD to process, improve and streamline them, and being the main point of contact for all pay, pension and benefit queries.
Prepare and submit payroll data to our external payroll bureau, ensuring payroll is processed accurately each month, including auto-enrolment pension
Provide reports and analysis of payroll and HR data to GM and FD and recommend actions.
Recruitment: drafting job specs and managing the end-to-end recruitment process including designing the process to reduce reliance on agencies, including attracting via job boards, LinkedIn etc., conducting CV sift, conducting screening interviews, conducting background checks and referencing.
Implementation and becoming super user of the company';s HR system, ensuring the Company gains the best value from its investment.
HR process, procedures and policies including Employee handbook and any updates to legislation, creating employee contracts, right to work checks and related HR admin.
Ensure induction /on boarding plan is in place for every employee, work with Senior Managers to ensure probationary processes, variation and recruitment forms are completed timely in line with company policy.
Coordinate and organise new starter workshops.
Provide first level HR advice on employee relations issues, supporting Senior Managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence management and exit processes.
Working with the Management team to ensure effective PDR';s take place.

**HR & Payroll Advisor Requirements**:
Knowledge of current UK employment legislation
Must have previous payroll experience.
HR system experience.
Recruitment process / best practice / volume recruitment
CIPD qualified level 3 or above
Flexible, pro-active and agile approach to work.
