Reason Transport are seeking an experienced customer service Telephone advisor to join our quality customer services / Traffic Team at our Coventry Distribution facility.

**Your goal will be to achieve performance and service level targets, meet and exceed customer expectations, resolve queries and find solutions.**

The ideal **Customer Service Advisor **will be vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile and takes a problem-solving approach to all customer queries with a solution
- driven mind, telephone experience essential and web chat usage advantageous.

Location: Bagginton CV3 4PA

Working Hrs: Monday - Friday 9.30 am to 17.30 pm

Report to: Customer Services Supervisor
