**About the role**:
As our **Customer Service Advisor,**you will be answering inbound calls on credit card payments and account-related requests from our Clients Customers e.g. card activations, payments, and name and address updates for cardholders.

**Main responsibilities of our Customer Service Advisor include**:

- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers
- Processing card payments
- Logging and processing complaints
- Raising issues and potential problems with management
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers

**What we are looking for in ourCustomer Service Advisor**:

- Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- IT literacy
- The ability to work as part of a team
