AT Management (ATM) is an established contact centre which provides Customer Service/Sales solutions for major companies across the UK. We specialise in what we do and at the heart of our business are our people. **About the Role**

Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Leicester office. You will be office-based and we'll provide you with full training to ensure you've got all the tools for success. **After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to**:

- Book and reschedule customers appointments via telephone and deal with Customer queries
- Contact customers regarding their appointments
- Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity whilst maintaining a positive customer experience
- Update databases with customer details
- Meet or exceed monthly call and quality performance goals
