Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful business in the Technology sector is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth and expansion our client is looking to add to their HR team, seeking an HR Assistant to join them in providing a high level of HR administrative support across the entirety of the business, working with the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for employees with any HR-related queries
- Create job descriptions in conjunction with Hiring Managers
- Liaising with recruitment partners to ensure the top talent is hired within the business
- Provide administrative support on all employee relations matters within the business including but not limited to informal meetings, investigations and disciplinaries

Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain effective HR records, including updating, amending and issuing all documentations including contracts
- All HR administrative duties as and when required

Key Experience:

- A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident and capable working with senior members of staff and board of Directors
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy at all times

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR either as an Assistant or Administrator, looking to take the next step in your career whilst working closely with an HR Manager.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
