**The Role**:
A new exciting opportunity has a risen for a Personal Assistant to join the Adult Social Care and Health Leadership Team.
We are looking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide a flexible, high quality and confidential PA service to the Directors and the Adult Social Care and Health Leadership Team.
- You will need experience of working with Microsoft Office Systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as you will be required to produce reports and PowerPoint presentations on behalf of the Directors.
- You will have regular contact with the Leader of the Council, our Chief Executive and the management Team and ensure a professional reception service is operated when dealing with visitors.
- You will organise the Directors’ schedules through full diary management in a proactive, efficient and confidential manner to ensure effective time management.
