We are currently searching for a talented and driven individual to join our team as **Customer Support Advisor.** If you are passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

The working hours are **full time (37.5 hours a week)** Monday to Friday, our opening hours are 8.00am-5.30pm therefore your working day would be within these hours. This allows for a perfect work-life balance, ensuring you have time for your personal commitments. And, no weekend work

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly check customer jobs to encourage retention and ensure target dates are being achieved and update customer promptly.
- Build knowledge and understanding of existing and new customers, so you can best support their patient needs.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times with a positive outlook.
- Interact constructively with all other departments and members of staff throughout the business
- Ensure daily administration tasks are completed to the highest standards and to deadlines.
- Be prepared to visit customers as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast paced sales or customer support role ( preferably in B2B)
- Be a complete finisher when investigating customer queries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations in a calm and assertive manner.
- Extremely organised and able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management skills.
- Keen to learn new skills and adapt to change.
- Have an open minded attitude to new ideas and initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to learn new internal software
- A high level of energy as the role is fast paced.
