We are currently searching for a talented and driven individual to join our team as **Customer Service Advisor.** If you are passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

With a starting salary of £23,490 per annum and opportunities for growth, this job offers a competitive package. But that's not all We also offer a range of amazing benefits to our employees.

The working hours are **full time (37.5 hours a week)** Monday to Friday, our opening hours are 8.00am-5.30pm therefore your working day would be within these hours This allows for a perfect work-life balance, ensuring you have time for your personal commitments. And, no weekend work

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries with efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service role (preferably in B2B)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extremely organised and able to muti task in a fast paced environment.
- Keen to learn new skills and able to adapt and be flexible.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to learn new internal software.
