**The Role**:
The role we have available will be an Advisor, we are looking for an individual with experience with supporting customers into sustainable employment. You will be working alongside a supportive team.

**How does it work?**

You will support our customers with giving advice and guidance on a 1-1 basis.

Experience of providing support to unemployed customers.

Ensure action planning and goal setting is completed with our customers on a regular basis.

Support customers with job searches, ensuring their CV is efficient and up to date, provide additional support with cover letters and interviews.

Support with securing vacancies, work trials and placement opportunities.

Running job club group sessions for your customers who are ready to work.

**The Person Specification**:
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in IAG / equivalent - required (PHX will support with providing the Qual if needed)

Careers qualification or working towards appropriate qualification/ or willing to work towards.

Functional Skills Level 2 Math's/English/ICT or equivalent

Communicating effectively

Delivering Results

Delivering exceptional Customer Service

**Additional Information**:
37.5 hours a week
