**About the Role**

The Fleet Support Specialist, **based out of our London City - Monument office**, is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the fleet management team in ensuring the smooth operation, procurement, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's fleet of vehicles. This role encompasses a variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to technical support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration and licensing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinate vehicle procurement, including researching options, obtaining quotes, and managing purchasing processes.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet vehicles.
- Utilise fleet management software or databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing fleet operations, including vehicle safety and emissions requirements.
- Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Previous experience in fleet management, automotive service coordination, or related field.
- Knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using fleet management software or databases.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in PCN’s and Speeding fines process (highly desirable)
