**Market Researcher - Remote Work - Immediate Start**

We have an exciting full-time opportunity to work remotely as a Market Researcher

We’re hiring Market Researchers on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent research and analytics agencies. Join our growing team of work from home Market Researchers today

**Salary**: £9.90/hr (25 days of paid holiday per year).

**Hours**: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (35 hours per week).

**Start Date**: Immediate.

**Location**: Work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend project briefings to ensure project objectives are understood.
- Conduct professional interviews with respondents over the phone to the highest quality standards and agreed to key performance indicators.
- Supply any project related feedback and observations to the team manager.
- Deal with any problems/complaints that arise in a professional and sensitive manner.

**What are we looking for?**
As a market researcher, you will be expected to have:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A professional manner and an aptitude for providing quality service.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and engage with respondents.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with the capabilities of hardware.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 6 months previous continuous employment within an outbound Market Research, Sales or Customer service contact centre role.**:

- **Equipment required: a laptop with Windows 10 or above; 4GB RAM and a 4 thread CPU, ideally SSD hard disk. Ethernet cable; 8 mbps download, 5 mbps upload internet speed. USB-C Headset.**
