Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for our customers as a Sales Associate in our Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience our airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all overthe world.

You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.
- This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week._

With a retail background our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

- Previous experience within retail or customer service.
- The communication skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team.
- A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
- Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
- An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to work within a team.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
