**Front of House Coordinator**

Pollard Thomas Edwards is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Front of House Coordinator.

This is a key support role within the practice working on a wide range of tasks so previous experience is essential. You will provide a professional front of house service to staff, clients and visitors so that a positive first impression is made.

You will work alongside the Office Manager and be responsible for ensuring that front of house operations run smoothly and will manage the day to day running of the office.

PTE has an enviable track-record of working with communities, clients and local authorities to create buildings and places people want to live in. Our approach is founded on putting people first, listening to them and understanding their needs.

Key duties include:

- meet and greet clients and visitors in a cheerful and polite manner
- answer the telephone and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- general administration tasks including filing, printing and binding
- project administration tasks including archiving, data entry, typing and formatting of documents
- book travel arrangements and arrange couriers and taxis
- ensure that the office is always clean and tidy and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- manage a busy meeting room diary, including setup of furniture and catering requirements
- assist with company events and oversee the ordering of all food and drink
- order and distributing office supplies
- ensure that kitchens are always stocked, and that equipment is maintained and in good working order
- assist the Office Manager with general facilities and H&S tasks
- act as first aid and fire warden - full training will be given
- manage keys for the office, ensuring that it is opened and closed each day.

Skill requirements:

- able to prioritize and multi-task
- experience of working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal
- excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and discretion
- excellent time management with the ability to be adaptable and flexible at all times
- must be a team player who is willing to pitch in to get the job done, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Salary dependent on experience.
