Operations Administrator

**A**bout You**:
You will be a competent administrator with demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, ideally in operations and, or logistics.
You will be a self-starter, who also enjoys working as part of a wider team within a fast-paced environment.
You are personable, resilient and a natural relationship builder, with excellent communication skills.
You’ll have the confidence to take on responsibility in your role and ensure that the job gets done. You will have strong influencing skills and the ability to be calm under pressure, and a view to continuously look to improve how we do things and implement change where necessary. You will be confident with various IT packages, most importantly, you'll be highly proficient with Excel type spreadsheets.
Most importantly, you’re always ready with a smile to brighten someone’s day.
**Key Objectives**:
**Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager**
You’ll be providing a first-class support service to our Operations Team, being the first point of contact for sales enquiries, monitoring stock levels and answering the sales and operations telephones. There'll also be maintenance of the supply chain, working with transport and the usual escalation of issues where appropriate. Typing and administration of purchase orders, correspondence and updating databases, using Zoho Inventory, CRM and WorkDrive, whilst keeping accurate records at all times.
