Mayday Group Limited, based in Brighton, employ a multilingual team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who provide international medical assistance and repatriation services for travel insurance policy holders, as well as various insurance claims handling.
When a traveller falls ill, suffers an accident whilst overseas or requires any other travel or medical related help, our dedicated in-house teams of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedic and case managers are on hand 24/7/365.
These highly experienced specialists provide travellers with the highest quality of advice, support and assistance and an immediate response including repatriation and evacuation services.
This role will involve working closely with the Finance Manager and Quality & Compliance Manager to assist them with administration duties, as well as helping with the day to day running of the office. This is a new role and the range of responsibilities will ensure that it remains interesting. There is also capacity to develop within the role, therefore if you are able to work creatively with mínimal supervision you will find the role very rewarding.

**Job Duties**:
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Financial data entry across various platforms.
- Administration data entry.
- Processing claim settlement payments on Natwest.
- Assisting the Finance Department with processing invoices and reconciliation.
- Liaising with providers for office supplies.
- Answering incoming phone calls relating to general office administration.
- Assisting the Finance Department with bordereaux reporting.
- Other ad hoc tasks as instructed by Senior Management.
**Skills Required**:
You should be a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently under mínimal supervision with a high level of attention to detail. You must have knowledge of Office 365 and be computer competent. Some financial experience would be preferred.
**Wages and Hours**:
Part time (25 hours) - flexible working time during the week.
**Salary**: £15,000.00
