**JOB TITLE**:Financial Administrator / Administrator Assistant

**LOCATION**:Brighton, East Sussex

**HOURS**:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

**SALARY**:£25,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)

Office Angels are teaming up with the Hiring Manager to on board an experienced Financial Administrator for their small and friendly business just outside of central Brighton.

The role will be to carry out all administration tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

**About the role**:

- Complete all administration tasks set by the needs of the business within a set time frame
- Able to deliver monthly reports
- Bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Process any outgoing payments with high level of accuracy
- Full ownership of businesses calender and Company inbox management system
- Take on any additional adhoc duties; whether this be in line with Admin or in other departments

**About you**:

- **Must have 1+ years' experience in Administration**:

- Ideally experienced in a financial role i.e bookkeeping desirable
- Experienced with using **Quick Books, Google sheets and additional in-house systems**:

- High level attention to detail and analytically driven
- Great communication skills
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Likes the sound of a varied role, although focused on admin can take on additional tasks in other areas
- Proficient in all the Microsoft Packages, **especially excel**:

- Able to meat deadlines in a fast paced, timeline environment
