**JOB ROLE**:Office Administrator - French Speaker
**HOURS**:Full Time Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
**SALARY**:£20,000
**LOCATION**:Brighton office based. Occasional work from home flexibility.

A rare opportunity has arisen in a busy logistics team based in central Brighton. The company are unique and a leader in their field and they're looking for a new team member on a permanent basis. Due to continued growth this role is an addition to an experienced team. Full training will be provided where you will learn world class service and international logistics.
The role includes:
- Administration for the sales team, involving processing orders
- Completing documents and ensuring correct processes are followed
Processing and shipping orders from the sales teams.
- Issuing weekly reports to key clients who are based outside of the UK
- Completing documentation online
- General team administration
About you:
- Must have strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to manage your own workload
- Willing to learn and ideally have some administration experience
**Next steps**:
This position will be working from an office with COVID-19 procedures in place
