JOB TITLE: Part Time Administrator

LOCATION: Brighton

HOURS**:30 hours a week - 4 days a week - Flex on what days are doable - Offer Hybrid**

SALARY: £23k - 25k dependant on experience (pro rata)

Office Angels are partnering up with a professional, busy and hard working company in Brighton who work within the finance world. They pride themselves on their service and are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their small but friendly office

**Role Responsibility**:

- Answering the phones and following up on new leads and new business
- Providing some basic financial advice to the new clients
- Booking and managing client meetings
- General office management
- Administration duties; managing systems, updating accounts, running reports and submitting documents, drafting and posting letters and scanning
- Raising invoices for new services, completing bank reconciliations, chasing any unpaid invoices
- Setting up payment plans
- **Administration experience, accuracy is essential**:

- IT literate - proficient in Microsoft Packages, good at picking up new systems
- Use own initiative
- Professional, approachable, and committed
- Passionate about helping people
- Confident speaking with clients and building relationships
- Helpful, proactive, can-do attitude
- A team player; enjoys working as part of a team
