Sunfield Specialist School and Children’s Home is located in the beautiful Clent Hills, West Midlands. Sunfield provides innovative and experiential education, developed out of the inspiration of Rudolf Steiner, William Morris and John Ruskin and supports young people (6 - 19 years) with complex learning needs, including autism and PDA.
- Residential Support Worker - Child (3 Long Days) _

**40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**:

- 3 x Long Day Shifts 7am - 9pm (inclusive of 2 x 20 min breaks)_
- Minimum of 2 weekends off a month_
- 4 days off a week = Work life balance _
- Competitive annual leave allowance_

Once Qualified in L3 Health and Social Care there is a potential to earn up to £28,195 after further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service

**Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night**
