**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking to appoint an **Administrator, **who will join our Belfast team. In this key role you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative duties supporting the regional team and ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly.

You will be preparing reports and presentations with statistical data as and when required. Meeting external targets for Management information submission to clients and overseeing day-to-day production of this date.

Managing all day-to-day administration task including incoming/outgoing mails, calls requires for the region and cascade as required.

**Who you are?**
- You will have previous experience within an administration role
- You will have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- You will have good planning and organizational skills
- A great communication skill, able to work within a customer facing role environment
- You will have commercial and financial acumen
