Blue Arrow are looking for a Pensions Administrator for a leading client based in Belfast
Job Title:
**Pensions Administrator**

**£9.93 per hour**
Duration:
**Temporary Full Time**
Hours:
**Monday - Friday 08.40-17.15 with 1 hour for lunch**
This role will be roughly 50% off your time on the phone and the other 50% spent undertaken administrative tasks
**Main Job Responsibilities**:
- Input pensions data and authorised instructions in accordance with / whilst adhering to strict deadlines;
- Liaise with client staff at all levels;
- Answering pensions related calls and queries;
- Liaise with external bodies e.g. Pension scheme owners;
- Keep self up to date with new pensions legislation;
- Attend meetings as required;
- Close working with associated Recruitment, HR & Payroll teams to achieve accurate and timely payroll or HR close;
- Ensure all work is carried out to meet Service Level Agreement's / Key Performance Indicators and Shared Service Centre quality standards;
- Attend and contribute to service meetings / events;
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services;
- Be proactive in personal development, contributing fully with performance management and development processes;
- Input data accurately into integrated HR & Payroll systems;
- Administrative duties;
- Call handling duties;
- Ability to escalate to Team Leader when appropriate;
- Close working with other teams within and the client organisation
