Monday Thursday, 8.30am 5.00pm | Friday, 8.30am 3.30pm

Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Specialist Contractor based in East Belfast who are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete, particularly for employees on work visas.
- Respond to staff queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll spreadsheets recording hours, deductions, annual leave, and sick leave before submission for processing.
- Organise staff travel and training arrangements.
- Manage the ordering of office stationery and supplies.
- Provide general administrative support as required within a busy office environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
