Key Accounts Manager

An experienced Key Account Manager role has become available in Milton Keynes, to service multiple high value client accounts within the Publishing industry. As Key Account Manager, you will be representing the mutual interests of the business and the client,to achieve profitable delivery to both parties.
**Essential Duties**:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers in order to maximise their value in terms of number of titles submitted and live units ordered.
- Working closely with the marketing department to generate more leads and to set up meeting with target organisations.
- Working closely with the UK and client services team and where appropriate the US sales team.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Provide regular customer feedback to management.
**Knowledge,Skills and Requirements**:
- 3-5 years experience in sales
- Proven Sales record in previous role.
- Knowledge of the book industry (desireable)
- Be able to promote and sell products or services.
- Good organisation skills
- Microsoft office experience
- Ability to work in a team
**Hours, Salary and benefits**:
- £35,000 Salary
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
