**Hybrid**:Office and home working**. **A minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements. We offer free onsite parking.

We have a **newly created** opportunity for people to join our Facilities Team within the Procurement Department. In this role you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support while coordinating a variety of third party suppliers. You’ll be part of a **supportive team** where **continuous improvement **is encouraged.
**Your role will also include responsibility for**:
- Scheduling facilities and engineering tasks
- Organising contractors and vendors
- Reviewing contractors and ensuring they’re holding the required documentation
- Communicating upcoming tasks to the wider business when necessary
- Creating purchase requests, reviewing and approving invoices
- Maintaining accurate data on systems and spreadsheets
- Producing and sharing regular reports covering facilities performance
- Acting as the first point of contact for any facilities related queries
- Managing the facilities inbox, calendar and auditorium bookings
- Ensuring the Business Centre, Meeting Rooms and Auditorium spaces are well maintained before and after use
- Ensuring customers needs are met when using the Business Centre and Auditorium spaces
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with administrative activities
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel
- An organised and process driven approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Your own initiative and a proactive approach to work
