£24,000 Gross P.A. Negotiable based on a trail and experience in the Role

5/6 days a week full contract with holiday pay

Can be cased South London or around Maidstone

Will bet required to Tavel out of Maidstone and to Essex and occasionally central London and Worthing as business expands.

Salary negotiable based on experience

Experience Most definitely required as a mobile supervisor and very experience cleaner

As job will involve training staff on using machines including the buffing machine scrubber dryers floor polishing and buffing and steaming

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning times and complete tasks within the allocated timeframe.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
