Equans are looking for Facilities Supervisor to join our team in HMCTS Maidstone Combined Courts, ME16 8EQ on a permanent basis. This is a Full time vacancy working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,000 per annum.

**Shift times**

MON-FRI 08.00am to 17,00pm

**What will you deliver?**

As a facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.
- . Supervise all staff onsite through effective communication, observations through site visits, monitoring the quality of work, liaising with clients for feedback when necessary.- Using all relevant systems to maintain employee and client information in line with our GDPR policy.
- Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine cleaning services. Provide cover and undertake remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Ensure cleaning materials and power cleaning equipment are replenished and operated in a safe and economic manner, and in accordance with EQUANS health and safety policies.

This will be a mobile multi-site role covering between 15-20 historical & interesting building with approximately 20 direct line reports.

Company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential.

**Who are we looking for?**

- BICS training or willing to undertake training within job role.
- Additional languages desirable
- Essential Qualifications/Experience- Previous experience of supervising and multi-siting.
- Must pass BPSS security clearance.
- English speaking
