Kent Gurkha Company are currently looking to recruit an Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help supervise customer sites in the Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells area, with the potential to supervise the surrounding areas.

This position would be perfect for someone who is currently in a cleaning supervisory role and looking for their next career move. You will support the Managing Director and Operations Manager with staffing levels, cover cleaning, customer relations, and staff administration.

**Area Supervisor Duties**:

- Being customers first point of contact and dealing with queries and/or complaints
- Providing excellent customer service to the site representatives
- Attending customer review meetings
- Managing stock levels and reordering when required
- Recruit/retain and maintain the right level of staff in all given sites.
- Organising cover arrangements for staff absences, including transporting cover staff between sites
- Managing the cleaning teams across sites, ensuring all activities are completed to a high standard
- Supporting management with organising scheduled deep cleans
- Completing quality checks and providing feedback to the team and Head Office
- Completing staff timesheets, and holiday forms and submitting to Head Office
- Managing your time across all 3 sites with the possibility to extend the cover area in future

**Cover Cleaning Duties**:

- Cleaning and sanitising toilet and shower facilities
- Wiping desks and furniture in classrooms, offices, and meeting rooms
- Dusting windowsills, door frames, and skirting
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floor areas
- Polishing internal door glass
- Emptying and cleaning waste bins and removing all waste to designated area
- Using the electric floor scrubber to clean hard flooring
- Assisting with deep cleans during holiday periods as and when required
- Any other cleaning activities required from the school

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with people across all levels
- Flexible team player who is willing to adapt to business needs
- Able to manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the team
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will need to work flexibly with the management team
- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Cleaning Supervisor experience desirable

A clean driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive to customer sites and will have access to a company vehicle for this role.

**An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role as you will be based at school premises, this can be applied through Kent Gurkha Ltd upon appointment.**
