**Reliable Mobile Cleaner Required**

**Covering various sites within Kent.**

**Monday - Friday shifts (start time will vary)**

**(There are weekend shifts/evening shifts that may need covering)**

**Part & Full time position available for the right persons. 20 hrs per week. £10.50-£11.00ph**

**An en**hanced DBS is required prior to starting employment.**

**Must have a clean, valid, UK driving license. Fuel Paid For.**

KDC is a fast growing commercial cleaning company, primarily providing cleaning services to Schools, Doctors, offices & factories.

We are currently expanding our company and are looking for a pro active, forward thinking character who copes well under pressure and is solutions orientated. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and a committed person to be part of our team.

Job Purpose:

- Assisting with and overseeing a team of Cleaners working in different workplace environments.
- Training all new staff at various sites.
- Carrying out site audits.
- Covering staff sickness and holiday at various sites.
- You will come into regular contact with customers and clients so it's important that you are able to assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.

Key skills

**Responsibilities**:
Delivering of stock at our client locations
Deep cleaning when required
Training and support to new starters to the team
- Experience in staffing and training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and priorities as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
- Due to the nature of the role you need to be hardworking, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
