- Providing day-to-day support to our customer base and meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Managing initial customer complaints and effectively addressing their concerns
- Proactively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Handling financial queries and creating customer orders with precision
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services to our existing customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with various teams across the company to deliver outstanding service
- Being flexible with working hours and taking on additional duties as needed

Pay: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
