A recognised practice based from a wonderful work space in Central London are looking for a key cog to their office performance.

This is an exciting role for a multi-skilled individual to support the current operation team not only as a receptionist but as the coordinator for the office.

The role includes general office administration i.e. maintenance, ordering equipment, post, couriers, travel arrangements and social event organising.

However the role of Office Coordinator is a multi-faceted role therefore some duties include:

- Completing training and then acting as Health & Safety officer for the office.
- Meeting coordination.
- Input on HR actions including liaising with HR Admin to help with new starters.
- Assist senior staff in preparation of marketing materials and design presentations.
- Sorting temporary office cover and recording sick leave.

You'll be joining a successful and International Architecture team so although Architectural experience is not required, an idea of the workflow of a high paced design studio is preferred. On offer is a permanent role with salary between £25,000 - £35,000.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
