We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our growing team as a Customer Success Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and work independently. You will play a key role in managing our internal database, bookings and general administration.

Job Summary:
The Customer Success Advisor assist and deliver the best possible service to a list of customers. They manage the day-to-day requests and resolve complaints, manage the onboarding of new customers ensuring a full understanding of any specific requirements (under responsibility of the On Boarding Lead). They also support the contractors by being the first point of contact and provide feedback on the output quality to the Head of Operations to ensure proper training or any relevant action is taken.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day requests from both clients and contractors
- Ensuring smooth scheduling of the bookings
- Ensuring smooth collection of material
- Ensuring smooth delivery of the material to the clients
- Contacting new clients to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Managing the first 3 bookings step by step, thereafter ensuring the whole Click team is fully aware of the requirements and the specificity of the relationship.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Client support / customer service experience
- Knowledge of the property sector and clients requirements
- Very thorough and details oriented
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Self motivated with an ability to research
- Objection handling

Pay: £26,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
