The Opportunity:

Lead your team of skilled Customer Success and Account Managers (and their Line Managers), as you take control of a book of thousands of clients and over $75million ARR Growth is the name of the game as you work with Senior Leadership to optimise Customer Success and create a highly efficient revenue engine

We want someone with outside the box thinking, new ideas, a fresh perspective on tech-stack and a firm idea of how to drive revenue generation from SME, mid-market and enterprise level accounts.

Take data and insight from each global market, ideate, create and rollout your GTM plan for Customer Success and growth You will create the template for scalable global growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience leading a Customer Success or Account Management function in a high-growth, SaaS organisation.
  • You MUST have experience of managing managers.
  • An evidencable track record of driving revenue growth through adoption, upsell and cross-sell, within an existing client base.
  • Experience of driving existing client revenue growth in other global markets.
  • Prior experience of owning a $40mil+ ARR global client base, encompassing SME, Mid-market and enterprise client accounts.
  • A track record of driving best practice within tech-touch/transactional clients bases as well as high-touch, white-glove enterprise level accounts.
  • Experience of using/implementing technology to maximise the customer experience and optimise internal workflows. Particularly CSP's such as Planhat, Vitally or Gainsight.

The Package
:

  • A base salary range from £100k - £120k plus bonus (25%).
  • Remote first working with bi-weekly / Monthly Leadership meetings (London).
