Avery Healthcare are thrilled to looking for enthusiastic, organised and motivated individuals to join our brand new, central team of **Customer Advisors** based in Leicester.

As a **Customer Advisor**, you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, from prospective Avery Residents, their families and professional referrers. Having a professional and friendly manner is vital as you will be acting as the voice of Avery Healthcare, in turn creating a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery on all calls handled. Experience in a Care Home setting is preferred.

**_ 28 hours per week to include evening & weekend working_**

**Please see a summarised list of key responsibilities**:

- Ensure all calls are responded to in a professional and timely manner and building a trusting and positive relationship with enquirers customersby understanding how Avery can meet the customer’s needs.
- Supporting the homes to achieve budgeted occupancy, by maintaining accurate enquiry records in AEMS
- Maximise opportunities for occupancy growth by advancing enquiries to show rounds in accordance with KPI conversion rates and understanding of the Avery Product.
- Attend staff meetings and staff training sessions as necessary, and Group Sales meetings and development days where required

**To succeed in this role, we will be looking for the following**:

- Experience of working in a telephone-based customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry or a sales background
- Experience working in a Care Home setting is preferred
- Able to prioritise and has effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with a demonstrated track record of closing sales.
- Effective Team Player who supports others and works towards overall objectives and common goals.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to be available for customers as required.
