Customer Advisor Call Centre

Our **Leicester**-based new customer enquiry ‘Hub’ team is looking for a new sales-orientated team player to join us as a **Customer Advisor**.** **This is your opportunity to shine and bring bags of personality to your daily work by providing a positive and welcoming first point of contact to new families who are enquiring about care for a loved one.
Your job is to guide our new customers through their journey into care with us, from the very first phone call from prospective Avery Residents, their families and professional referrers as you then answer their questions and organise a showaround in the home. You will support the overall occupancy in all Avery homes and create a positive customer experience.
This is a job where you can really make a difference to a family at what is often an anxious time. The role demands a high attention to detail by keeping your enquiries up to date and daily contact with the care homes to ensure a smooth process. At its heart, the Avery ‘hub’ team demonstrate their natural personality of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
