INTO Manchester are looking to recruit a committed Student Services Officer to join their Student Services team.
As Student Services Officer (Admissions and Compliance) you will be part of a small but vibrant team dedicated to providing a high-quality service to all INTO students, internal and external stakeholders.
You will support the Student Services Management team in the operations and running of our Student Services provision, and work collaboratively with the wider Students Services team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet the needs of our students.
This role provides you with great networking opportunities as you will establish and maintain good working relationships with the partner Universities peers and colleagues at INTO Centres and other relevant stakeholders, you will also develop and maintain quality customer service for all INTO customers and clients, and help potential customers understand the programmes offered by INTO and the progression requirements for potential University courses.
You will provide admissions and enrolment support for current students and maintain accurate student records and information in the centre systems and to provide reports and management information as required by the Senior Management team.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Provide relevant pre-arrival and registration information to students and education counsellors.
- Help to audit files termly to ensure the accuracy of documents and data held on our system.
- Liaising with finance regarding payments, updating course/accommodation fees, issuing financial statements.
- To issue Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs) to students and to maintain accurate records for the arrival, storage and issuing of BRPs within the centre.
- Helping to organise student registration during Orientation week, focusing on ensuring all required registration documents are collected in a timely manner.
