We are looking for 2 x Admissions Officers to help facilitate the admissions function at UA92 Global via a defined series of processes and systems. The Officers will work closely with the Global Admissions Manager and establish strong links with colleaguesat UA92, Lancaster University, and within Navitas.

This role is based at UA92 Global in Manchester where we work in partnership with the game-changing University Academy 92 to provide opportunities for international students. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a pivotal moment andsupport our ambitious student recruitment plans.

**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000 per annum

**Admissions Officer Duties**:

- Arrange and conduct student interviews.
- Support visa documentation and verification processes.
- Support CAS issuance alongside the Admissions Manager and colleagues at Lancaster University.
- Communicate effectively with education agents, students and Source Country Offices.
- Support the admissions and recruitment function to continuously improve its delivery of efficient service in relation to assessment, offer letter turnaround, issuance of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CASs) and other follow-up work through andwith colleagues.
- Develop excellent University Partner (UP) engagement, via connections and working relationships with UP admission and compliance teams
- Support the development and implementation of effective agent training and outreach.
- Support the management of student records.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports on admissions issues and trends inclusive of recommendations.
- Always maintain confidentiality regarding college information and student files.
- Support the College team in other student-related activities, such as enrolment and orientation activities.
- Carrying out duties as may be required by the College Director and Director of Marketing and admissions.

**Admissions Officer Requirements**:

- A levels or equivilent
- A team player with a can-do mentality.
- Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of front-line customer relationship management.
- Analytical with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confident with the Microsoft Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly data filtering and pivot table functions.
- File management and administrative skills.
- Resilient in the pursuit of customer service excellence.
- Strong verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a variety of cultural and ethnic stakeholder groups.

**Desirable**:

- Degree-levelel study
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- An effective knowledge of the Higher Education sector and/or university pathway programmes.
- An effective knowledge of university and/or pathway admissions criteria and processes.
- Experience of working in an international education setting.
- Familiarity and understanding of the UK visa process
- Ability to communicate in a language other than English.
- Experience in delivering front-line customer relationship management to a multicultural client base.
