**What You’ll Do**:

- **Handle inbound calls** from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide **accurate information** on products/services, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Offer **solutions** to customer problems, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain **high standards** of service while meeting performance targets.
- Accurately log and update customer details and interactions in our system.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Previous experience in **customer service** or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- **Positive attitude** and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- **Attention to detail** and ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
