**Full Time**: 16 - 40 hrs per week
We are looking for a Trace Customer Advisor to join our innovative Operations Team in Leeds
As a Trace Customer Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, where you will be using our investigation skills to establish correct residency at properties. The role involves managing a large volume of customer accounts on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for researching, identify, and finding customers using multiple intelligence sources and essentially tracing individuals to locate their residency.
First Locate are one of the UK's largest outsource resources for debt resolution and payment processing. We have been a leading Debt Management business for over two decades. Our First Locate Family is made up of approx. 250 people from North and West Yorkshire who provide excellent customer service to all our clients and extended customers. As our Trace Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Management and resolve customer queries
- Provide information to customers
- Research, identify, and find customers using multiple intelligence sources
- Other duties as assigned
