Relative Connections is a leading people tracing company dedicated to reuniting individuals with lost loved ones, friends, or business associates. We utilise advanced DNA analysis and genealogical research techniques to locate people for a variety of reasons, from family reunions to legal matters.

**Position Summary**

As a People Tracing Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our team by conducting in-depth investigations to locate individuals. You will utilise various resources, including DNA databases, genealogical records, and public databases, to identify and trace individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **DNA Analysis**: Analyze DNA samples to identify potential matches and trace family lineages.
- **Genealogical Research**: Conduct thorough genealogical research using various online and offline resources.
- **Public Records Search**: Search public records, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, death certificates, and census data.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on the progress of their case.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings.
- **Problem-Solving**: Utilise strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find creative solutions.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Adhere to strict ethical guidelines and privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in genealogical research methods and techniques.
- Experience with DNA analysis and interpretation is desirable.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Pay: £22,308.00 per year
