**The Role**

As a **Property Agent**, you’ll manage all aspects of the property process, from inspections and marketing to client relationship building. This role also includes outbound business development, giving you the opportunity to grow our client base while showcasing your interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Property Management & Inspections**:

- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed, accurate reports.
- Oversee property check-ins, check-outs, and inventory processes.
- **Marketing**:

- Use your creative skills to produce high-quality photos, videos, and written content to market our services effectively.
- **Client Engagement & Business Development**:

- Act as a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants, agents, ensuring smooth and professional transactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to build relationships with prospective clients and expand the company’s client base when not on site.
- Attend networking events or meetings to represent the company and generate new leads.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A driven, client-focused professional with a passion for property and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organization abilities.
- Creative flair for producing engaging marketing materials.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to generate and nurture new business opportunities.
- A full UK driving license is essential

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
