Our client is a full service, luxury estate agent brand that has single-handedly redefined and modernised traditional London based property services. Their senior management team comprises of some of the most accomplished and talented real estate professionals in the UK, who pride themselves on their unrivalled levels of customer service and enviable reputation.Qualifications and RequirementsTo be considered for this role you should have experience within residential property management, be up to date on current lettings legislation, and eager to progress into a team leader role in the near future.At least 2+ years’ experience within property managementARLA/NFoPP would be beneficialGood understanding of current lettings legislationHighly motivated and well‑organisedHave a positive attitude and work well in a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsIT literateSalary & HoursThe salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £32,000 to £36,000 depending on previous experience. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
