Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Property Agent. As an Agent, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time hybrid position located in South London. Some tasks may be done remote and some are field based.

**Duties**:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Source properties, book and attend viewings

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in excel software is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer commission at the beginning 6 months and offer bonuses based on targets achieved. Training is provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £22,908.59-£24,908.59 per year

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
