The main duties are below:
- Producing and Inputting Sales Quotes
Sales Order Processing through to invoicing
Obtaining quotes from vendors
Purchase order processing
General office admin support to the MD and team.
To be considered for the Part time Office Administration role you will have worked within a similar Administration or Sales Order Processing role, be keen to learn and be used to working within a fast paced working environment. You will have an excellenttelephone manner liaising with both your team members as well as the clients directly, be PC literate across the Microsoft suite and be highly numerate & literate
In return we can offer an hourly rate between £12.00-£13.00 per hour, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata, bonus scheme and contributory pension. There is free parking and a staff discount scheme also.
