**Company Description**
Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party UK logistics business specialising in chilled warehousing providing an excellent platform for food and drink manufactures.
Offering defined career path opportunities to enhance and develop your skills and experience, we are recruiting for **Accounts Assistant** to work at our **Market Drayton** depot on a full time, permanent contract.
Working within the finance team, be responsible for the preparation of weekly invoicing to tight deadlines.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Raising invoices on SAP and communicating them to our customers.
- Use of bespoke systems and SAP for analysis/ investigative work as required.
- Dealing with any subsequent customer queries and raising credit notes on SAP.
- Credit control duties including cash allocation.
- Maintenance of customer rates paperwork.
- Reporting/validation of weekly activity and charges raised.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Confident when dealing with people on the telephone/ in person and at all levels.
- Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training/ working hours.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Professional, approachable and helpful
- Proactive and able to make decisions.
- Computer literate with a high level of Excel skills. V look ups and pivot tables ideally.
- Experience using Accounting software packages. Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
- Finance qualifications advantageous.
