Our **Market Drayton** site are now recruiting for a **Accounts Assistant** **on a full time, permanent** **basis.

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a **Accounts Assistant **is to work within the finance team, processing invoices for Group & 3rd party suppliers.

Key Duties of a Accounts Assistant:

- As part of a team, to be responsible for processing supplier invoices
- Dealing with any subsequent supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Making supplier payments, mainly by Bacs
- Use of SAP for analysis/investigative work as required
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally have experience on Accounts and Accounting software packages such as SAP, ROSS
- Be confident in communicating and dealing with people via phone/in person/by mail at all levels both internally with colleagues and externally with suppliers
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
